CLIENT CHARGED WITH VIOLATING PROBATION RETURNS TO PROBATION AFTER HIS PROBATION VIOLATION COMPLAINT IS DISMISSED

Client on probation for felony battery was facing a probation violation after his probation officer accused him of violating his curfew.  After obtaining work records, cell phone records and providing witness testimony, Erick was able to demonstrate that the client was at work and his absence from his house was an honest mistake. The prosecutor agreed with the records produced and dismissed the probation violation and allowed the client to return to probation.
